The girls did great! They finished in 6th place with a 354 team score. This score was 7 strokes better than last year. Camy McAtee came in with her personal best shooting an 82 to tie for 10th place overall and lead our team! This was the first time Camy broke 90 in a tournament and was her final tournament of her high school career! Be sure to head over to our Facebook page to see the video of when she told coach and her teammates what she shot! It is awesome to see the LOVE they have for each other and how proud they were of her! Senior Elise Jackson had a rough day and shot an 86, but still came in 16th place! Elise was an incredible leader all season for the team and met her goal of breaking 80! Next was Sophomore Andi Siebert with a 92. Her 1st 9 holes was really rough, but she never gave up and came back strong on her 2nd 9. Junior Kami Bussmann also shot a personal best of 94!! We are so proud of Kami! Her hard work this season paid off! Sophomore Rhys Phipps shot a 98 after a really bad first hole, she kept her mental game strong and didn't let that bother her. Sophomore AJ Ryan shot 104. This was not her best round of the season, but she did have an incredible season this year placing in the top 4 of the team at most tournaments!
With the tournament being postponed they were able to have a send off at the high school during the school day. It was wonderful to see so many students come out to wish them well! The freshman JV girls were also able to make it from the 9th grade center! All of the girls also had a great gallery of people following them! Former Coach Chris George came and followed the girls too! I know that every girl also had people following along online watching scores or receiving text updates from parents. The support our Lady Indians had this year was so wonderful! THANK YOU!
Family support at the send off!

The sun has set.
We are so proud of Camy!
Medals...while Camy was out playing in her playoff they handed out all the medals, literally. Apparently they did not have enough medals to cover the ties at 20th place so Camy and Elise will get theirs in the mail.
